For me, music and movement have always been powerful and synergistic healing forces. Some of my most thrilling, vibrational, and energizing experiences have been on the dancefloor. The first half of this playlist explores the five stages of grief after a heartbreak, and the second dives into a journey of self-discovery and connection with others through dance. This playlist is my love letter to nightlife and the dancefloor, and is a reminder to myself that no matter how terrible things seem, there will always be another party!
